The HELIX office and hotel building in Salzburg stands out with three seemingly floating, ring-shaped upper floors that provide a 360° view of the city and the inner garden. A generous staircase leads to the mezzanine with the hotel and office lobby.

This architectural showcase combines modern office and showroom spaces, an international hotel, a fitness center and outstanding gastronomy, setting new benchmarks for functionality and design.
