Yaletown Square

A historic warehouse has been meticulously restored and complemented by a modern, contemporary story. The building now houses spacious commercial spaces and office areas, blending historical character with modern design. As part of the preservation efforts, the original exterior walls and wooden windows were retained, while the storefront and cornices were carefully restored.

The new addition is clad with öko skin slats in deep red tones, harmonizing seamlessly with the existing structure. This creates a cohesive link between past and future, giving the building its distinctive identity. Photos: Ditz Fejer
