Complete renovation and modernization of the student dormitory
The student dormitory has been comprehensively renovated and modernized. During the project, the existing structure was refurbished and the 5th floor was demolished and replaced with a timber structure featuring a sloped roof. The facade was clad with high-quality öko skin slats, giving the building a distinctive appearance.
The rooms were reconfigured and the sanitary facilities upgraded to improve student comfort. Special attention was given to sustainable energy solutions: a photovoltaic system and a comfort ventilation system were installed to significantly enhance energy efficiency and optimize indoor climate. The result is a modern, sustainable dormitory that meets the highest educational and energy standards, providing students with an optimal environment for learning and living. Photos: Ditz Fejer
