Bridge between past and future
A historic warehouse has been meticulously restored and enhanced with a modern, contemporary storey. The building now accommodates spacious commercial spaces and office areas, seamlessly blending historical character with modern design.
As part of the heritage conservation measures, the original exterior walls and wooden windows were preserved, while the shopfront and cornices were carefully restored. The new extension features cladding with öko skin slats in deep red tones, harmoniously integrating into the existing architectural ensemble.
