The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus at the University of Toronto was designed as an inspiring hub for research and innovation, fostering intellectual exchange and providing space for world-class discoveries. The facade of the 13-storey building impresses with concrete skin elements in the colour "cotton" and a distinctive terrazzo grey-black texture. The combination of glassfibre reinforced concrete panels and expansive windows lends the building envelope a unique appearance. Inside the building, multi-storey winter gardens dissolve spatial boundaries and encourage chance encounters — ideal conditions for spontaneous discussions and fresh ideas.
